Welcome back to school, hope you all had a lovely half term. Just a reminder that enrichment clubs start this week.

Before we broke up for our half term break, Rendlesham Primary School took part in a Ten Pin Bowling competition. Our Ten Pin Bowling team were amazing and were wonderful representatives of the school. They showed determination and resilience. Initially some used the bowling ramp but by the end, they were all bowling on their own scoring spares and we even had a strike! Well done Team Rendlesham!

NSPCC Rocks - Times Tables Rock Stars Results As a school, we finished 192nd out of over 4,000 schools. Vikings came 16th in the East of England, out of 2,300 classes and 241st in the whole country out of more than 21,000 classes. A brilliant performance by all, well done! Joshua, in Year 6, was our highest-scoring pupil with 4,783 correct answers in 60 minutes. He finished 36th in the East of England out of more than 30,000 pupils. A superb achievement that he should be very proud of. Our next competition runs from 13th February to 13th March and is between all schools in the Consortium Trust; last time we finished 2nd.

F.O.R.S. will be holding a doughnut sale, outside the atrium, on Friday, at 3.15pm

Our four TTRS competition finalists and eventual winner, Poppy who scored over 100 correct answers in a minute in each of her three games. Thank you to all of the children who participated in our first live TTRS tournament. There will be another one next year!
