Nursery have been making different types of houses from junk modelling. We were going to finish them today but here are some completed examples. We have some stilt houses, a block of flats, an igloo and some detached houses. Nursery children answered our question, 'how are people’s houses different around the world?' and decided not all homes are made from the same materials. Some houses 'don't have windows' or doors that 'open and close'. We had some great discussions and were able to identify some different countries on a world map.
